At this point it is unclear how to resolve where a file exists or how to retrieve it purely by hash. May support file-level deduplication, as if you supply a file size and hash when uploading a file, it will return you info that a file with the same size and hash already exists.However there is a "Description" field for both files and directories that could potentially be used to store some limited metadata.
